LinxBoss Review

I’ve used a number of link building services and article submission services over the years so when I started hearing good things about LinxBoss, I had to test it for myself to see how well it works. That’s right, I actually tested it before writing a review and I’m going to show you my results below.

The reason I say that is because I’m seeing reviews from people who clearly haven’t even used Linxboss, and other reviews that just regurgitate information that you can find here. I’m even starting to see some Linxboss review sites that are actually copying text word for word from my site because they can’t be bothered to do their own research.  Then they add a bunch of worthless, crappy bonuses at the end that you can get for free anyways to make it look like some kind of great deal.

Enough of my rant…I assume the reason you’re here is to see if Linxboss actually works and is worth the money so let’s get to it.

Overview

Let me first briefly explain what Linx Boss is and what it does. Like I said, you can find all this information on their site so I won’t spend too much time on this part of it.

Linx Boss is a fully automated one way link building system. That means no article writing, no spinning, none of that time consuming stuff that you either have to do yourself or pay even more to outsource it.

You get 1,000 do follow backlinks per month spread out over 5 domains, which equals 200 links per domain. You can point links at your home page or to internal pages of your site. You simply enter your URL, your primary keyword and up to three secondary keywords and you’re done. Yes, it’s that easy. You can also add up to 30 additional keywords that you want to track. They have a real nice tracking system which updates every 5 days that shows your results over time.

They also have a links for links (L4L) feature which makes this system even more powerful. What this means is the system goes out and finds all the existing backlinks you have pointed at your sites that you may have built previously, and it builds backlinks to those pages automatically!  This is also known as promoting the promoters. This makes your existing backlinks more powerful thus giving your site even more of a boost in the search engines.

The interface is very clean and easy to understand unlike some other services I’ve used that take a while to figure out. The creators of Linx Boss also have some great video tutorials in the member’s area on how to set everything up and best practices to get the most out of the system. These guys know their stuff and I definitely recommend watching the videos before you get started.

Linx Boss Results

So does Linxboss really work? Here are some of my results below. I’ve attached some screen shots of the tracking graphs from my Linxboss members area. I wanted to show graphic proof so that you know I’m not just making this up. All images shown are results in Google. The system also tracks results in Yahoo (not shown).

Update: Even after the Google “Panda” algorithm update in February, 2011 my sites all maintained the rankings you see below.

In Fig. 1 above you can see that I started out ranked in the mid 30′s in Google. This site is a few years old and one that I could never get to break the top 20 for this particular keyword (which is my main keyword for this site). You’ll see that I broke the top 10 fairly quickly with Linxboss, then dipped way down to 70. This type of fluctuation is normal and most people start to freak out when this happens. This is just Google “feeling out” your site. You’ll then notice that I jumped to number 1 for this keyword and have stayed there since. This is a competitive keyword that gets about 140,000 searches per month. It is a one word keyword as well, not some 4 or 5 word long-tail keyphrase. Needless to say, I’m pretty pleased with this result and it’s bringing in some pretty steady affiliate commissions.

Fig. 2 shows another keyword from the same site with very similar results. You see the fluctuation and then it settles in the top 5, currently #3 to be exact.

Fig. 3 shows a keyword from a different site. This site is only a few months old and the keyword is very competitive with 246,000 searches per month. For those that may be wondering, it is not an exact match domain name either. If you don’t know what that means, don’t worry about it. You’ll see I started out ranked around 120 (page 12 of Google), you see the fluctuations and then it settles in around the top 10. This keyword is currently ranked #9 to be exact. It is bringing in some nice targeted traffic and affiliate commissions. Again, very pleased with the results.

Fig. 4 shows a keyword from yet a different site. This keyword is also very competitive and gets 450,000 searches per month. Started out ranked 322, quickly moved up, the normal fluctuations and then settled in the top 10, currently at #3. This is a big ticket item and affiliate commissions typically range anywhere from $200-$800. Nice!

Fig. 5 isn’t quite as dramatic. You can see this site was plodding along steadily at #5. Now with Linxboss it’s at #1 and has remained there ever since. This one is actually my wife’s website for her offline business and this ranking has gotten her a HUGE influx of clients. It basically took what was a hobby of hers and turned it into a 6 figure business in a matter of weeks. She’s pretty happy as you can imagine…and when the wife’s happy, I’m happy.

So Is Linx Boss A Recommended Service?

Well I think you can see from the results above that Linx Boss has worked very nicely for me and is definitely recommended.  I could go on with quite a few more examples but I think you get the idea.  While some may scoff at the price, I think the price is incredible for what you get. I’ve easily made my money back 100 times over (actually more than that…much more). You just can’t beat the simplicity. It’s completely hands free! No more paying for article writers, spinners etc. I just check in every few days and see where I’m ranking. If I have a keyword that has a steady rank, I’ll pause that one and start throwing some links at another keyword.

In fact, I’m so happy with my results, I purchased an additional 10 domain package. Once you’re a member, you can add another 5 domains, 10 domains or more at a discounted price.

Take note that the results don’t happen overnight. It sometimes takes a few weeks, sometimes a couple months. It all depends on how competitive the keywords are that you’re targeting, your on site optimization etc. The Linxboss owners cover all this nicely in their FAQ and video tutorials as far as what to expect.

Also note that they occasionally will close the service to new members even though it says they won’t in the FAQ. It just recently reopened to new members as of writing this so if you’re interested and it’s open, click here to get in while you can!
